User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy husband and I love that place!!! Its our favorite place to eat when we want something different. Had a wonderful hostess, we love her and ask for her when we do go, her name is Frost. Will keep going back as long as we live here!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI love this restaurant. It really is my favorite. Its true you sometimes have to wait, but I've never had to wait too long. It's not a fast food place, i don't expect fast food time. Their miso soup is to die for, and their rolls are always delicious. The service is great, i've never had a less than good wait experience.

We went to the restaurant with my family -- approximately 12 of us in all. It took them awhile to serve us. Then, we waited literally hours as we watched others who arrived at the restuarant getting served before us. Nobody came to the table, until we signaled the waitress who apologized for the lateness -- they only had one sushi chef or something. They gave us a wrong combination of appetizers - then just scraped off the wrong appetizer and presented us with the scraped off plate with the one correct appetizer still on it....tacky. We finally had to take some food home because it took so long that we had to leave (others in our party had appointments.) Then, they had the gall to charge us full price for embarrassingly slow and tacky service!

Sounds like you didnt have the best experience, but just a heads up (having worked in restaurant business for a number of years) groups of six or larger should call ahead. If not for reservations, at least a heads up to ensure your group will get proper service :)
