The shop located in a new place now near jfk hospital edison , very bad experiences, i was so regretted, i should read the review here before i go for their services. I asked the hair stylist the price when she was mixing the color, she told me around $85, but at the end came out to be $155. (almost double) The color was not i expected , the color of the roots is much lighter then the ends, she said after few washes should be better. I was in a rush to send a friend to the airport, so i did not argue and just paid and leave, after another busy day of working, I went back the next day and the front desk say the hair stylist was off, and they can not do refund because the boss was not there. she suggested me maybe i can go to another shop to change my color and do reimburse here, i was asking for her confirmation if i really can do that, she said that was only a suggestion, she could not guarantee the reimbursement. I left with disappointment. she told me to call next week when the boss there I called them the next week and a big shot to me, the boss told me the front desk said i did something to my hair so my hair color changed color so they will not do anything .... so ridiculous, i don't want to waste any of my time in that salon, there only a lesson left for me that if the service you receive was not good just do not pay, once they got your money they treat you like shxt
