User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI see this place as 2 different ones- the bar scene which is dynamic and fun with great imaginative cocktails in a great environment. Then there is the restaurant, which can be very loud(due to the great bar scene!)but it is worth it as the food is excellent and creative sushi dishes abound. Not the same old California Rolls.

This place is pricey but the sushi is really good. Itâs definitely different from the traditional Japanese style but thatâs what is great about it. I love the Hoboken roll, Optimistic roll, Fantasy roll, and the Totowa roll. The crème brulee dessert is amazing!! Itâs worth the visit. Small place but I was comfortable every time I went no matter where I sat. Iâve never had a problem with service or any complaints. The bus boys are extremely efficient at taking away plates off your table when you are done. Very clean place. The ladies bathroom has really dark lighting though I could barely see myself clearly in the mirror to freshen up my makeup.
