Nasty is a very strong word.... you probably have no sense of humor. Over rated is two words and not two I would put together when speaking of Annabella's. Over priced compared to White Castle, where I'm assuming you dine often, you are correct. Never going back - that would be your loss! To all reading this; Annabella's is a fine/outstanding Deli that one must experience. Being in the food industry for over 20 years I know quality when I see it. Unfortunately "unhappy" might not have had the right outlook walking in and as a result had a less than favorable experience. Although the customer is always right, the gents at Annabella's are a tad bit different, but very warm in their own way.
