Matthews towing is a very well run company and has very polite and professional drivers. I was in an accident at 2AM in the morning and matthews towing was called to tow my car. The driver that came out could not have been more professional. He explained all my options at the time and waited for me to call my insurance company to make a decision. They even let me take stuff out of my car at their yard in the middle of the night. The service was excellent and they pretty much walked me through this whole difficult experience. The spoke to me professionally and I can't praise them enough for that. I would recomend them to anyone looking for a honest hardworking tow company. I read another review claiming that they lost keys which I don't believe to be true, when they got my keys for me, they were tagged with my cars vin number and were taken out of a well organized lock box in the office. I think that person lost their own keys and just tried blaming matthews to get some money out of the company(I am sure they are not the first person that tried that...PATHETIC!!!). If you want an honest tow company, call MATTHEWS. They are truely gentlemen.

Would not recommend to anyone.: Mathews towed my car from a accident with the keys to my car. On day two, I removed the articles from my car and returned the keys to Mathews towing.
Several days later the car repair company called and sent a post card that they could not repair my car because the keys were missing. Upon approaching the Matthews representative he became very defensive and hostile. All I was trying to do was trace my keys from the beginning and I did not receive any cooperation from Mathews towing. Because everyone involved refused to take accountability for the keys, I had to take $175.00 out of my pocket to replace the key.
