Ty G's review is so far off base, they're standing out in right field and the game is over. The review itself reads more like an upset person in a relationship, gave no specifics at all. However the review almost convinced me not to take my car here. Well, I'm here to change that. I had been looking for a DelSol for some time. Finally find one I THINK is is good shape, well body and interior were. Shows my mechanical abilities... drive it, kick the tires, call it good. Get it home and see an oil leak, the door handles on the inside are loose, the brakes are funny, and rides like every bump is a pothole. So I decide to take it to Perfection Honda despite what TyG says. When I get there I let the service Dept know about TyG's review and said if my experience is good, I'd write a review redacting that bad review. Well, here I am to tell you my experience was outstanding. I brought the car in, gave them my concerns and asked for an overall checkup as well. While I waited for a ride, I spoke with a few other customers who decided to wait while their cars were being repaired. Their comments were giving high marks, no one had any complaints. Obviuosly, I was feeling a bit better about my decision. Came back that afternoon for the prognosis. There was a list... They went over the list from major issues down to the most minor issue. Gave me a cost for the entire thing (which was about what I paid for the car from a private seller). The cost up front covered not only the parts but labor as well. I said do it all. Felt like I just pushed my entire pot of poker chips into the center of the table. I didn't care how long it was going to take, as long as they were meticulous in their work. Three days later, the service rep calls me, said the car was ready. He went over the 4-page report with me in detail and gave me the same price at the end as the one he quoted. Well, I'm here now to give the report I had promised that service department. They were friendly, trustworthy, and the mechanics did an excellent job at the price they quoted. They didn't come up with any hidden issues or other costs. Sometimes one bad review is like a rotten apple in a barrel of apples, can ruin the entire barrel. I almost fell for TyG's bad review, which only amounted to a pile of... well, imagine a pile of something you don't want to deal with. It was obvious by the people I spoke with waiting in the service department along with my own experience that the TyG review is a hoax. I can't speak for their sales department, but the service department is first class. Maybe TyG's was at the dealership next door and got confused.
I was highly disappointed with the overall service. I cant speak for the entire business but I can say that I would not recommend nor have my car serviced there!

Sorry, "Chief", but yours is the review that sounds suspicious to me. Besides, I've dealt with this lot exactly once -- that's all it took -- and they were as crooked as a dog's hind leg. Girl and I called on an advertised car. "yes" it was still available. "yes" the price advertised was correct. When we got there ten minutes later, they couldn't find it. And tried to sell us something much more expensive. We continued to ask for that car, even though they acted like 'can't find it' was the end of it. Finally, after getting a sales manager, we were told it was sold. The second car in the ad which we also double checked on the preliminary phone call was also 'sold', in the ten minutes between our calling, and asking to see it on the lot. After hearing our story, my neighbor shared this. He went there knowing which car he wanted. They didn't have it in his color, so he asked them to search. They said their exhaustive search showed no one within a thousand miles had that car in that color. Really? He drove from there to the West side where he found and purchased his car in his color, which was sitting there on the lot when he drove up. Perfection is Deception, and I'll bet you work there. It would be completely in keeping with their past behavior.
Seems to me you are a little touchy! He was talking about the service department btw. In regards to sales people, I had a great buying experience. I came in after doing about a week of researching, got a great deal, and I'm very happy with the service I got.
