You are rude too! questionable accounting practices, you tell us classes are 110 and 75 there after. What do you do? charge us 110 over and over. I got tired of dealing with them, we were used to of getting our school instruments elsewhere, that's what I'm doing right now. I refuse to deal with your incompetent business dealings, professional teachers? whatever, this is how much I hate you, I take my business elsewhere.

This review is in response to the disgruntled, snobby and overly frustrated lady who thinks ruining reputations on the internet is a decent thing to accomplish for ones life! I've read that review for the 2nd year now, and it seems to linger like the stink this customer leaves everywhere she goes. She will be taking care of the world's short commings forever, and my hope for her is that she finds peace in the middle of this imperfect world. I just want to say her complaints are unfounded and rude. Sparks Music is a place where hundreds of school kids get their needed supplies during a somewhat chaotic summer season each year, we are not Walmart, we are a family run store who bends over backward for Washoe County students, parents and our regular 400 plus student base. Where else in Reno, Sparks, can hundreds of kids receive free band and strings lessons by trained professionals? Finally, we are never rude to our customers, each sale is personal, and we get excited to serve all our customers. If this personal attack bothered you as much as it did me, feel free to call with your comment or concern.

They took care of my kid's band needs: Sparks Music is the place to get everything for band rentals. They really took care of all our needs. My son got agreat like new trumpet, free lessons, personal attention and guidence from helpful and caring staff there. The store is really set up to enhance the feeling of music and learning. While we were there, staff teachers answered questions and helped kids get started. I'd recomennd Sparks Music to anyone thinking of band rentals.
