    Not bad but the service has been slow many times. Of course, we go at peak times, (Saturday or Sunday around 12noon) but I think their management should prepare better for these peak times and ensure that there is enough staff on the schedule to keep things moving...But just like the other franchise's they have to keep labor costs and food costs down while 'driving sales'. It's a typical IHOP, so if you know IHOP's service and menu, and that's what you want, then for the price, this is as good as any local restaurant to dine at.

    We ate there last night, and the food was good, excellent wait staff, and normal prices. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because my sandwich came out with literally only 20 fries on the plate, if you would have put mine and my wife's fries together you couldn't have filled up a mcdonalds fry container, don't know why that is. Definitely eat here and just tell them not to skimp on the fries!
