User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsso good going back next week: I never used a kennel before and we had no choice, I use puppy palace to groom my pets and they are great. So I decided to give the "resort" a try, it was hard to drop them off because they looked at me like why are you doing this. but Anita the owner reassured me that they will be fine and that I can call and check on them whenever I wanted.. The kennel is very clean and they get to listen to music, have playtime and lots of TLC.. Ive seen some kennels and it is scary because you don't know what to expect. But with Puppy Palace Pet Resort you have nothing to worry about. I highly recommend it.
