Very inconsistent sales assistance. Different discounts every day for different customers and not well advertised. The day I went to buy a bra the sales girl seemed more concerned with a gentleman she was flirting with than whether I needed help--not to mention a few expletives in her language. I walked right out.
You can get anyting in this store on the website and better most of the lines they carry are online at better prices at other retailers.
The visit to this particular store was a nightmare

This is a review for their website (Bagshop.com) I just recieved my longchamp le pliage in the mail and I couldn't be any happier with it. Arrived in a matter of 4 days with free shipping and the best part of all no tax. I also recieved 10% off my next order. Will definately order with them again. They carry a great selection of colors including past seasons'. All together an awsome shopping experience, thumbs up to Petticoat Lane/Bagshop.com.

I was expecting more from a lingerie shop in Bronxville and not impressed with the decor or service.
Despite a hige collection of bras, there were a lot of sizes missing and not very many up to date choices.
The salesgirl was trying to push items I didnt want and sneered when I asked for help with larger sizes.
The fitting room was so small you couldnt turn around and not very private. All the merchandise seemed crammed together and not at all like other boutiques.
For such upscale merchandise the store could be more accomodating. Old carpeting, outdated merchandise.
Not very upscale for such a sophisticated town. Nicer stores in manhattan or brooklyn ( where they have another shop that is brand new and beautiful.
