    Overcharging, high pressure sales.
    Tried to get me to buy things I did not need.
    They got mad at me when I was leaving because the price was way too high. They treated me like I was stupid. Not helpfull at all. Do not use them!

    Lied about package weight: I weighed a box before bringing in to this store. I noticed that when the man at UPS Store weighed it, the weight came up as mine, but he told me it was 2 pounds more to get more money from me. I told him I saw the scale, and he didn't know what to say to me. I took my package to Fed Ex instead and they gave me the correct weight.

    Excellent!: I must say that the store has some of the besy customer servive that I have ever encountered. You can tell that it's a family run business. They helped me with all my shipping and copying needs and I only use this UPS store for such services!
