    Excellent, no pressure environment. Very knowledgable staff who are always positive and encouraging. A wonderful fitness center!

    Excellent: Everyone is very friendly, helpful, positive reinforcement and eager to help new members. Yoga and Yogalates are the best classes to start off in getting back into shape
