I have shipped over 100 packages using FedEx and never had a problem, The Post Office has no customer service and UPS does not care and takes an extra day. FedEx has never let me down.
I always have problem with FedEx Ground. I have good luck with the FedEx Air. The ground delivery is a joke. UPS is more reliable on packages on ground packages.
And they call themselves a global company. My paperboy is more dependable.. They couldnt track themselves if they had tp. Everybody is a liar! Try getting ahold of anybody at Richfield. I could of drove to Pittsburg and back. Stayed home all day and they were a no show!! WTF
Wil never use them again and never will I recommend them.
Was waiting for a very important package today. The tracking number said a delivery was attempted but nobody was home... bull$hit! There were 5 people at my house when the attempt was made and nobody heard a doorbell or knock at the door. Nobody heard the truck and the dogs didn't even bark like usual. I called the customer support number and was told the next attempt to deliver would be in 3 days... 3 days! Rediculous! Tried leaving a message for the driver but his voicemail inbox was full... go figure, he probably gets complaints like mine all the time. Absolutely horrible service!
I completely agree with you. I have the same situation at work. I noted with the company that my address was a commercial business address. They were out on delivery at 3:56 a.m. and 13 hours later, still never made it to the delivery address. The attempted delivery time that was noted was not true. I was at the delivery mailroom at the attempted delivery time. It just noted no one was there or business was closed. I am assuming the delivery driver assume it's after business hours and went ahead to note for unsuccessful delivery attempt. I looked out several times as in the past they come in late and I was there to sign for the package. The customer service can't dispatch the message to the driver immediately to note changes. The customer service says they can't get the message until 24 hours later. What's happening to the technology? I can even text the message with my cell phone in an instant. You telling me a high tech global delivery company can't get the message in time. Mmmmm! Even the UPS can get the message faster. Perhaps this only happens to FexEx Ground which I always have problems with most of the time. The FedEx Air rocks.
