Facebook and Yelp! are both breeding grounds for trouble! People can voice anything whether it's true or false without any recourse other than slander because they didn't like something or they didn't want to pay what they thought It was worth. If people think that some bills are too expensive in their eyes they think that they are being overcharged. (My shop I know I have the best prices around) If they think it's too much and they think they know what it should cost they should fix it themselves. I come from a poor family of farmers who developed good ideals from my family. Been in business here for 18 years, I have been doing this for 40 years. I've noticed that the newest generation of people, millennials? Are quick to assume that places like mine or any repair companies main goal is just to rip them off and I feel sorry for these people.
