Very modern and artsy inside- great, great decor.
Service was fast and staff was friendly and helpful.
They have a very extensive menu of sushi rolls, appetizers, noodles and meat and seafood-it was so hard to choose!
Their sushi is excellent-overpriced, but still tasty.
Went to Parallax expecting great food and service, since I've heard so much about it. The service was great, the food was awful. Got the hanger steak dish--which was steak, steamed rice, and green beans. The green beans were so pock-marked and brown, they looked like they had been sitting in a carton for months. I didn't complain and pushed them all aside; server never asked about it. I called the next day and asked for the KM, just to let him know that he might want to keep fresh produce in house (I work in the business, and I don't want free dinners)--they took my number, but never bothered to even call back. I'd say this restaurant is HIGHLY overrated, considering the amount of money I spent on dinner.
I may become a regular -if I lived in Cleveland: Found Parallax by web search, I don't get to Cleveland much. We ate there before a concert. I was very happy with the service. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the sushi (best I've had and large selection). Another waiter went out of his way to help our guests with wine. I had short ribs and was happy, my wife got a sushi plate for her dinner and enjoyed it. I don't know how it compares to other places in Cleveland but I'd be happy to have this restaurant in Canton.

This is a great place nestled in the most unexpected side of town. This hidden jewel is defintely classier than a downtown snooty restaurant. Service was great, menu choices were few but described so well you arent able to decipher which entree you want more! The sushi is delectable and if your going to try a drink I suggest the pear martini...like biting in to a fresh crisp pear!
