   Not worth it! I decided to try the Paw Spa for my dog and was given a quote of $35 and when I picked up my dog I was told $55. The gentleman at the desk said my dog must have been matted. My dog is groomed every 4 weeks and has never had a mat a day in his life. Also- I took a picture of the way my dog had previously been groomed and left it for the groomer to see how I liked him cut. The groomer obviously looked at the wrong pic - a picture of a gremlin in a blender because that's how my dog looked. I was told that the owner would call me about this and verified that they had my correct phone # on file and even provided a secondary contact #. Two months later I am still waiting on the owner's call. Obviously there is no owner! I will not go back nor do I reccomend this place.

   LIED TO: I have taken my dog there a few times. The first time she came back and drank water forever. It was like she wasnt taken care of. The grooming was far from what I asked for. I was quoted $35 and had to pay $50 for something I didnt want. She was also cut unevenly, and looked horrible. (my sister said she didnt even want to pet her!!) She also came back and was irrated and red. She itched, licked and looked like she was in pain. I called the vet!!!
   
   Took her back again. The checklist said that her ears had been cleaned. However when I looked in her ears they had not been touched. I feel they totally lied to me.
   
   Overall both experiences were not worth my time and money!

   I feel so much pain: My puppy was groomed this past weekend, I usually take him to the same place, this time it appears they were extremely rough with him. he had to be shaved, he now has high fever and appaears his ears are hurting him so much. I have contact the place where he was shaved, they will cover the bill, so I hope. However; I feel to see my puppy in so much pain, no appetite, weak, difficult time walking, only wants to stay in one area, does not play as he used to. i took him to the vet and they found his ears were irritated, his glads not cleaned and he had high fever, what can I do, help.
