Only complaint is that I called them recently and lady on phone who was either manager or owner was not very friendly or helpful. She sounded very rushed to get rid of me. Maybe she was just having a bad day...-

I just have to say that I really love the people, employees, customers that freqent Calamity Janes!!! The kitchen staff are very professional and they go the extra mile for any customer. I know this first hand.
Please don't be one of "Those People" that judge on others experiences,go see for yourself.

User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOut of the past three times my husband and I have been here twice they got the orders wrong and the other time while they got it right the biscuts in his biscuts and gravy were hard as rocks and the center of my cinnamon roll was ice cold. Another comment on here mentioned that the produce is not always so fresh and we found that to be true as well, we had a garnish of grapes on our plate and 75% of them were shriveled, how someone who is not totally blind could have put them on a plate and let them out of the kitchen was beyond us. Each time we have been there the woman who seems to be in charge (manager, maybe owner?) has been there, we wonder how can a place with someone so hands on who is in charge have so many issues. You'd think that with her watchful eye the staff would be motivated to provide timely service, and the food that came out of the kitchen would at least look like it was fresh and that the orders would be correct a little more often. We will not be going here again, which is too bad because we live in Dundee and the location is convienient for us, fortunatly the place right next door to them (La Sierra) is excellent.
