User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI was VERY disappointed with the sitter assigned. She failed to keep her word about communicating about our cats, and added "insult to injury" by making excuses. Also, the quality of her care was questionable. She kept logs that never referred to our pets by name and gave little good information. I would NOT use this service again.
