User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMY FAMILY AND I LOVE PANDA HEAVEN. WE HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD MEAL. WE LOVE SITTING AT THE HIBACHI TABLES AND WATCHING THE CHEFS PREPARE OUR FOOD. THE CHEFS MAKE IT FUN FOR ALL. WE ARE A FAMILY OF 4(2 KIDS AGES 14 AND 11) AND USUALLY SPEND BETWEEN $100-$150 FOR A MEAL INCLUDING A TIP. IT DEPENDS IF WE ORDER FROM THE BAR. WE NORMALLY GO TO PANDA HEAVEN EVERY OTHER MONTH AND ON MY DAUGHTER'S AND MY BIRTHDAYS! PANDA HEAVEN IS SIMILAR TO BENIHANA BUT IN SOME WAYS I THINK IT IS BETTER THAN BENIHANA! I HOPE YOU ENJOY PANDA HEAVEN AS MUCH AS MY FAMILY AND I DO!

I've never been disappointed by the food. We typically go there for lunch and take-out sushi at night. I have heard that it gets busy...perhaps beyond their capabilities. The sushi is nearly perfect.

If they arenât busy then it's a good place to eat. Do no go there on a Friday or Saturday night. Service sucks! Reservations - donât bother because they donât care. We had 6:00 reservations, didnât matter first come, first server. We got seated at 6:40. Now weâve been there 15-20 times before; but the service we receive in the past is gone. Then we watched as people seated after us server their soup and salad. Only after our âchiefâ came with our meals and I complained did we receive our soup and salad. I never got my rice with my meal! They charge $2.50 for fired rice but if you want regular rice, well Iâve always had problems getting it. I will not be returning.
