The Sausage is one of the best that I have tasted. The only problem is the shipping. It always seems to be something that comes up every time, One time it was a death in the neighborhood that held up my shipping for almost 2 weeks. I was just receintly notified that my latest shipment would be held up a week.. Five stars for the sausage but two stars for the shipping. I wish they would upgrade
