The Fence is great, the work was well done, but be careful of their contract signing practices. When our estimater cam out the contract was not signed as we were waiting for more quotes. We were also going back and forth about what cap style and did not choose what we wanted. On the contract "choice" was written under post cap style. We picked an upgrade to New England. When we were ready to finalize the contract I called their office to negioate some pricing. During that I got a reduced price for fence removal and a free upgrade on post caps. We were then instructed to fax the contract to the office. Which we did. When it came time to install they said since I did not circle New England, (even though it is written in the box for cap choice) we choose the standard caps. No one ever called to verify what we wanted and the Fence Authority would not budge on their view. If you use the fence authority please make sure you finalize the contract in person. Otherwise they will take advantage of you.
