Spa treatment was okay for the area... not NY quality. Manager was obnoxious. Some employees were very unprofessional once the manager was not in the building. They brought out hidden drinks and complained about pay and benefits. No beverages were offered to clients. Pedicure was fantastic. However, if you have a facial and massage, be prepared to walk through reception area and past front door in your robe!

Excellent: Loved it. The service was great and they are very accomodating. I took my mother there for her birthday and she loved it. I can't wait to go back... it is harder to get an appt for weekends if you want more than a massage or have more than one person.
