   Wow !! First of all I would like to have your dictionary” lady”. This is bogus. I was a customer in the shop at the time when this occurred. Michelle was not the groomer that had groomed this dog it was a trainee. What I had witness by Michelle was that. 1. Michelle had offered to take this animal to the vet for this customer (with expenses paid) however this customer said she and her dog were fine and Michelle did a “great job” other than a "Razor Burn".(and Michelle did not even charge for the grooming) Michelle's care and love for animals is out of this world. If she or anyone within her shop accidentally “Razor Burn" an animal it becomes her priority to seek top care ASAP.I have been a customer of Michelle’s (Paws and Tails Pet Grooming.) for 14 years. In all the years I have known Michelle, this had only happen once in her profession WHEN SHE HAD STARTED OUT and on her OWN dog. Dogs and cats sometime do give groomer’s troublesome times (as in this case) while they are being groomed, however most of the troublesome times WITH SOME DOGS are a reflection of its owner.
   
   Michelle has a large clientele that she has built up over the years, if she had such a bad name then this clientele would not exist. Michelle is currently expanding into other markets, however if she had such a “BAD NAME” this could not happen.
   
   Michelle, you are the best and will always be the best. You beat all other grooming shops in Aiken. You will always have my business and always will. Your continue growth will always show how powerful of a groomer you really are. Please don’t allow anyone or anything get you down. You will always have my support and the support of my many friends and family. With all the various Vet’s in town no one has never, never bad mouth you in anyway. Your name actually come more recommended than most.
   
   And to Michelle: The person who wrote that comment must have been somewhere else(What do you think?). She did not even leave her email address. What’s up with That???? Doctored pictures?
   
   Michelle keep doing what you do, and dont worry about what other people think. The bad review is a sign of complete idiocy. I got your back! Lil sister!!(p.s.I'm love ya like a sister even if Im not your blood sister)

   Wow! Michelle at Paws and Tails Pet Grooming has done it again. She has reached out into the Midland Valley and North Augusta Markets to offer pet grooming services. She was the only groomer in the Aiken Area who came highly recommended by a company to open a location in North Augusta.This company had actually polled alot of people(not other groomers due to the fact some are jealous and competitive with one another) from the Mid-Valley, North Augusta and Aiken areas. The name that they keep hearing was Michelle Bishop from Paws and Tails. Michelle has earned her name by simply being the best around.She gets alot of compliants from people who been to other Grooming shops in these areas where the other "local" groomers have done a bad job and still get charge alot for something the customers are not really happy about. With Michelle she will get ask to fix what other groomers have screwed up, and Michelle only charges a fraction of the price. Michelle simply stated does an outstanding job. She has been doing this alot years and never had one mistake. The one and only complaint Michelle has ever gotten was when a "trainee" had performed a job for her. I interveiw several groomers on the phone in the past and ask specfic questions. Michelle showed the most care and appeared to be most helpful.All the experenice Michelle has attanined, alot of it has come from her working has a Vet Tech by working with various vets in and around town. The groomers I talked with in the Aiken and other areas did not have this experenice. That is a plus for Michelle. Marked one for Michelle you go girl!!

   Michelle has just informed me 8/12/08. That the real Mrs Fincher has came forward and the review that was written by a fincher was not her. So that would tell me it must have been another groomer. When the real Mrs. Fincher step forward, she explain to Michellle what other groomers she has been to and one of them had worked for Michelle at one time. The jealously this groomer has for Michelle is amazing. There was no reason for this comment to be written. It just show that this groomer has just as much "bark" as in her shop.

   What Michelle from Paws and Tails get's a bad review? I find this hard to believe. This lady first of all needs to install a spell checker on her computer. If someone is going to place damaging remarks on someone else (so the world can see) please spell correctly and call your grammar school English teacher so they can help you write it correctly.
   
   First of all Michelle from Paws and Tails has groomed several thousand dogs in her professional career. If there was a "nick" on any part of a dog it was not groomed by Michelle. I have known Michelle for many years and this has never happen to her before. Yes Michelle is responsible for whatever happens within her shop, but this must have been a one-time thing that has happen. Michelle has never “nick” a dog from what I understand. Michelle will stop grooming a dog if it is too hyper or nervous to prevent an accident from occurring. I have sent Michelle many customers and all of them have been very happy with her work. No “nicks” has ever occurred to any of the people I have sent to her.
   
   The “ nick” that occurred in her shop must have been done by LESS EXPERENICE PERSON(s) WITHIN HER SHOP. Michelle has tried to hire several different types of groomers who suppose to have experience working with animals or may have gone to school for this type of work, however the training, and the experience does not prevent such an accident from occurring. With Michelle her experience, training and attention to detail has help her prevent doing such a thing (a nick) to any dog or cat that she has or will groom in the future.
   
   Michelle don’t let anyone discourage you from grooming when it is only a one-time accident within your shop. You are the best and let no one tell you other wise. I have been with Michelle as a customer through the last several years. I have seen her hire other “people” however I also have seen her let them go because she demands the highest quality of grooming for her customers and many of them(hired help) cannot not meet the high quality of grooming she provides to each one of her customers.
   
   Michelle please make a copy of these pictures if you see them I have the capability of determining if they have been altered. We will see you soon.
   
   
   Paws and Tails are simply the best with the best prices. Michelle will often at times work with her customer(s) because of the love she has for the pets.

   Hello I am Mrs. Fincher,apparently someone is trying to hurt Michelle by using my name however I have never posted a review in my life so please disreguard the review that was posted in my name. And whomever is using my name I will be reporting this as abuse.Good Luck Michelle and maybe we will find out who done this dirty work.
