I have gone there 3 TIMES (all three times were a MISTAKE). They treat you like you're cattle. All three times I waited OVER an hour to be brought back and then waited again for a computer to view my photos. These people do NOT take into consideration that children nap and need to be fed! The parents there are ALL miserable because this is an AWFUL experience. The staff tires to accommodate but they are so grossly overbook (cooperate has them book EVERY 10 mins!!!) that it is impossible for them to ever be caught up! I would not bring my enemies to this place for an appointment or even employment! The funny thing is that when you read their reviews - this is across the COUNTRY - so it is obviously their policy! Do Not Go - Find Somewhere that treats you with some dignity and had respect for you and your family!!Report AbuseWrite a comment ... -

Pleasant store for mothers day pictures and it was great. They took us in on time, made her laugh for the pictures jumping around making fools of themselves. Spent a reasonable amount of money so their time and mine wouldn't be wasted. I'll go back, I mean, I'll send my wife. -
Posted on 03/13/09We brought my child today to portrait innovations due to the ad we saw in the paper offering a package for $9.95, The photogra...See MoreWe brought my child today to portrait innovations due to the ad we saw in the paper offering a package for $9.95, The photographer herself (Jill ) wasn't very friendly to begin with but when it came time to choose the pictures and the packages we wanted she really turned ugly...made a few rude comments when my husband made a remark on one of the pictures and also never said " thank you " we even saw her pass the receipt to the owner face up showing the amt of money we spent and they both passed each other a look like " is that all they spent?" I'm sorry but in this economy they shouldn't advertise promotions for $9.95 and not expect people to come in and only purchase that, I think Jill the photographer and the manager/owner are both very rude. So unless you go in there and plan on spending a lot of money they will treat you like gold.
