User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis company met our expectations. We are forced to rent due to our profession and they made it a pleasant experience for us while we were in the Sioux Falls area. We would definitely rent from them again should we be transferred back to that area.

They don't get anything done and they are extremely rude. I can't believe anyone would hire this company to manage their complex. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!

We rented from this company for over 2 years before getting transferred with our jobs and we were very satisfied. We took care of their property and as a result received our deposit back when we moved out. They were always helpful when we needed something from them. Your post surprises me as we had nothing but a positive experience with them. We will definitely rent from them again should we move back to that area.
