I used to get my nails done there then moved and haven't been in a while. Kelsey does a great job. I called today and asked if I could make an appointment for my wedding day for me and my bridesmaids to get manicures and stuff... they said NO!... because it was on a Friday and it is walk in only. They are always super busy so we would have to wait in a tiny room full of people... It is my wedding day and they wouldn't even give us an early appointment so we could get in and out... I had to get hair done and everything afterwards. The man was totally not understanding and rude. I won't do business there again... there are other places nearby!!!!

When I left NY for Lexington, I thought finding a salon for my nails would be next to impossible, so everytime I had to go back to NY I went to my old salon. I finally bit the bullet and tried a salon and absolutely hated the way my nails looked. One day my husband and I were driving and he just pulled in to the parking lot and said "try them". I guess I was so miserable about my bad nails, that he was desperate. I figured I had nothing to lose at that point, so I did.

I absolutely love Nails Profile ( and Kelsey ). They are exceptionally nice. They do quality work and they are clean. For once, I'm glad I listened to my husband. (Not something I say often)

I love this place. The people are very friendly. I would recommend it to anyone. They are good, reasonalbe and fast. If you want beautifuly nails, you should go here.
