About:	Some say Genghis Khan was a bold military genius, but did he know how to cook? If Genghis Grill is any indication, the answer is a resounding yes. Don't let the name fool you; Mongolian barbecue bears no resemblance to shredded meat heavy with red sauce. Here, you and cooked hibachi-style by expert grill masters handpick fresh meats and veggies. The restaurant is nicely appointed with dark wood floors and extra-tall tables and chairs, and a long bar equipped with TVs is good for those not in the mood for food or conversation. Right in the thick of things, this location attracts a crowd as eclectic as the food itself. The atmosphere is always lively, but the real fun takes place at the back of the restaurant, where an assembly of meat, fish, fowl, oils, vegetables, sauces and spices awaits. At the end of the line a pair of cooks with long sticks man a massive, circular stove. Hand over your bowl, and chop, chop dinner is served.
