WORST STORE EVER!!!! Ordered 1800 dollars worth of Home Theatre System and was told the 5 speaker set would be in on a Monday, followed up Monday, then was told Wednesday, once again. .. .followed up Wednesday, then was told Friday. Still waiting for the home theatre system. Employees do not keep word on when orders will be in and dont give you all necessary equipment to hook up home theatre system. Have been to this store more in the past week than I have in my life and each time gets worse and worse. I recommend driving to the best buy in Nashville, before trying this store. You may spend more in gas, but the service cant get any worse than this. If I could I would give this store a -10 but I have to give it a one to submit this complaint.....

I purchased a 32" Insignia Tv and paid the extra money for the extended warranty within days of purchasing had to return tv due to a defect on the tv replaced for the exact tv within a year and barely being used the tvs main board went up. I called the store who then refered me to the warranty department (the 888-bestbuys number) who then told me the tv would be picked up and repaired.well needless to say I paid all that money for tv and warranty to have my tv sit in a shop since the beginning of Dec till now (mid march) with no part delivered the "new" estimated time is march 28 which is not exceptable I filed a complaint with best buy corp. was told 3-5 bussiness days I would hear about a replacement tv on the morning of the 5th bussiness day I called to follow up. I was then told the info was put in wrong so I was denied the replacement tv.then spoke with a supervisor who reput the calim in and said now I have to wait another 2-3 bussiness days. So unless you want to pay for a product uyou cant use I would strongly suggest prople to go to circuit city or walmart or even the goodwill store you will most likly get a better product and better customer service then you would at best buys

went to buy a phone waited 30 min NO ONE ASKED ME IF I WANTED ANYTHING OR NEED HELP .. NOT VERY GOOD CUST SERVICE
