Steer clear of this loser. He provides substandard work and is a jerk on top of that. See his comment relating to me (Brent Caldwell, Houston. Here is my reponse:

Mr. Janek is lying. I offered to pay him before he left my premises; he refused. This bill was approximately $150 and he was paid in full (actually more than the original invoice). His work was substandard and his customer service was horrible. His advertising above says "one day response time." That's another lie. He wasn't the least bit concerned that my business was without phone service until he was ready to schedule the work.

I'll never use him again, nor will I recommend him to any one else. I'm not surprised that his poor work is accompanied by his disregard for the truth. And--isn't this guy a politician? Now it makes sense.

And, Mr. Janek, if you would like to put this in front of a judge (other than one of your family members), I'm happy to take you on. It is high time that we stand up to those who are running this great country straight into oblivion with their selfish, "the only important thing is me" attitude. You are BAD NEWS and I plan to let as many people as I can know about you.
