    Wonderful doctor. Has been taking of my eyes for 4 years. Never any problems with these people!!! Highly recommended!!!!!

    These people aren't too nice. There are other vision centers in this area with great ratings...all I can say is thank God for the internet rating system, but I should have checked it before I went there. No worries, didn't spend any money there because of the rudeness.

    This Walmart clinic at 8315 FM 78, Converse, Tx. leased to Dr. Jodi Flanagan cheated me out of $50.00. I went in on Nov 05,2008 for a routine eye exam for glasses and contacts which I presumed was a simple service. I was coerced and pressured to try new bi-focal contacts which I did not want. I was informed "if you don't like them simply return them and your money will be refunded". I hated them and when I returned them five days later the staff acted rude and unprofessional and refused to refund my money. As a matter of fact they even refused to provde a breakdown of the high cost, $154.00, for the exam. The whole experience with Dr. Flanagan's clinic has been one of dissatisfaction and disgust. The prices are high and the quality of service is extremely poor. I recommend you go elsewhere for your vision needs.
