    I have to do a 6 week job in Sweeny every year. It's hard finding a place to eat. One excellent restaurant in Sweeny, My Cousin's Place, went out of business, and we stumbled across Cowgirl's Kitchen in West Columbia.
    Wow! We go there for lunch everyday when we are down there. The staff is a great group of folks! They are always friendly, have a great sense of humor and the food is plentiful and inexpensive, all home cooked, and there's plenty of home cooked pie or cake for desert.

    The daily specials (you can order from a menu if you like) are usually a meat entree and up to 4 vegetables or rice or potatoes.

    They serve breakfast and supper too, but haven't tried them.

    This is a great place to eat! Good food, friendly service. I highly reccomend this place to eat. It has all the home cooking you want.
