User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOk, here it is!!! Mings use to be one of my favorite chineese places to dine. My family and i went there last night and once again the service was very bad. It seems like the little guy Kevin ,the manager just doesnt care any more.My wife go the wonton soup and wanted a regular spoon. The waitress brought out a dirty tea spoon. She said that was all they had. we asked for another clean spoon and she still brought back another semi clean tea spoon. Now I understand that the food is prepared after you order it but 45min is just too long. I asked for the Manager to find out what the problem was but he waited another five min. to come to the table with our food. He said they only had one cook but we could clearly see 2. I was trying to talk to him but the language barrier was too great, or at least thats what he wanted me to think. He never was apoligetic until we were leaving letting him know that we would not be back. So , inthe future i will spend my money where it is appriciated !!!

Just left Mings Cafe and for the third time in a row the service was HORRIBLE!!! We keep going back because the food is good, but even the food tonight was not at all what we expected. We ordered and did not receive our food until 6 orders taken after ours got their food! When it was brought to the managers attention, he just lauged it off and gave us some cockamammy excuse that he only had one cook. We could clearly see two. When asked for his boss' phone number, he gave us the phone number of some relative in California!!! We are done!!!

whoever wrote the bad review on Mings is a spoiled "itch who does not appreciate good food and excellent service..... we love Mings and love their food and serivice.
