I paid $450 to have a $60K mile maintenance and State Inspection performed on my car and it is now worse than before I went in. They overcharged me by $35 in miscellaneous charges and refused to refund me. It was only supposed to take 2 hours and it took twice that long. When I got back in my car, it rattled, shook and almost died. I went in to tell the tech and without looking under the hood, he tried to lie to me saying that the battery was retraining itself. That was a lie! I demanded they look under the hood and when they did, they found a loose hose and corrected it. How unprofessional and lazy of them to not do their job in the first place and lie to get out of double checking it. A service manager called me about my complaint, but didnt really want to help. She lied about the receipt charges because she didnt have the receipt in front of her. She went by what the mechanic told her instead of looking for herself. It was way too much trouble and a waste of money. I have been cheated by Don McGill. He has $450 of my money and I receieved unprofessional service on my vehicle. They probably didnt do half of what they should have. I expected them to tell me I needed new tires to pass my inspection. Instead, they didnt bother to rotate them or check the air pressure. What a sorry dealership!!!
