User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI went $1.38 overdraft and these &*%#@ charged me $35. I'm insulted! The way I see it my tax dollars that could go to repair roads and to better our schools instead went to help them pay an executives $20M bonus. The executive of the company that was failing and the same company the CEO of BoA bought. Who is now lying that he did not know the company was in such bad shape. If he didn't know before he spent billions to buy the company then he is just pure ignorant. Now he is getting taxpayers money to bail them out. I suggust any BoA account holders to do business with another bank. If Bank of America remains Bank of America, the largest bank in America then I am ashamed of America.

I disagree with the person who wrote in to say the bank rep. are less than helpful. I've done business with that bank for years & I have always felt the employees go out of their way to be helpful.

Customer Service at this branch is less than helpful. The individual that answers the phone is extremely rude and rushes you off the phone. When asked to speak to a bank rep. she replies thier all busy and call back. I tried asking for a direct line or email of a rep. to discuss my account and the only thing she could offer was to take my name and number down and they'll call me back. Seriously, call and see if it doesn't happen to you.
