    Simple Solutions built a porch and patio for me. They did a great job. I was very pleased with the quality of work, and the professionalism. I would definatley reccomend Simple Solutions to anyone who has home improvment needs.

    Don’t pay them unless you are totally satisfied with their work. I paid the owner of the company before I was satisfied; I told him that there were some areas that needed to be done over. The same day he was paid, he promised that they would take care of it. I have hardwood floor trimmings that are lifting from the floor and are too long. Each time Simple Solution would come by, was when we were not at home. So guess what the work was never done. It has been over a year and he has not fixed the problem. I don’t want to use them again. I will pay someone else to fix the problem they created.
