User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOwner of 1999 Buick LaSabre...AS previous GM car, the motor has been great, HOWEVER, so many of the other factors could be rated 2 out of 10. Trunk lock, paint, outside trim, all defective and now to replace just the plastic cup holders-two circles of plastic that adjust to size has a price of $73.00 plus tax, just for the parts. Yeah I want my government to bail GM out like I want a hole in the head. If they can't make it on robbing us legimately they sure don't deserve a chance to keep on trying.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI took my car in for service, tire rotation and replace a transmission mount. Picked up the car and the brakes went to the floor. They said my wheel cylinders just gave out. It was my fault they said although there was not a speck of fluid anywhere prior to them taking off the wheels to rotate them. So now I had to replace the brakes to take my car home. This dealership is the worst of the worst.

Great experience, this dealership made it hassle free for us to purchase our 4th vehicle. They really treat their clients by their motto "We love our customers" We are very satisfied and will definitely recommend to friends & family.
