    Horrible, Horrible, Horrible.

    I have had two horrid experiences recently. Last time it was my bridesmaids dress. She didn't have it fixed until the DAY before I needed it. (She had it for almost a month) and it took SIX fittings!

    Most recently, she has 2 pairs of my pants for OVER a month. Each time they were to be completed - they were not! No calls to explain they were behind. No apologies. Not anything! And to make it worse - they didn't seem to care they were so slow or inconveniencing you.

    Do NOT do business with them!!!

    Horrible! Terrible! Awful! Never do business with these people! I dropped off my wedding dress there 2 months prior to my wedding date. Still, with only 1 week until the wedding, I was informed that the dress hadn't even been started on. My calls were never returned and I was spoken to very rudely. I was always polite when I spoke with them and they refused to work with me. They added so much unneeded stress and didn't even have the class to admit that they should have done the job differently!

    As a first time customer, I brought Norma a pair of my jeans to hem. She did such a great job that you can't even tell I've had them altered. Absolutely perfect. She did it in record time and it was inexpensive. I'll definitely go back.
