It is really good all the items are great. My favorite is the hamburger steak with jalopenos and mushrooms cooked on top. Try it

The best place around to eat! The food is always perfectly prepared and the staff is always helpful and friendly! If you're passing by our little town or if you live here, this is the place to enjoy a delicious meal. My co-workers and I eat there regularly.

The BEST fried pickles ever !!!: When I moved to the Merkel area 4 years ago I thought great little town bad food.....then I went to Skeet's...OH MY GOSH. The food is great. I'm from Austin and I couldn't find fried pickles up here and then I did. I'm not even gonna go there about the chicken fry and the catfish!! Trust me you won't regret eating here. Everyone I take says they can't believe how good the food is and they ALWAYS want to come back for more.
