User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis is definetly the worst cable/internet company we have ever dealt with. My cable internet service is affected every time the wind blows or it rains heavily. The technical support we have received has been on par 50% of the time, otherwise, it would seem that we are dealing with people who know just as much (and as little) as we do. Those who answer the phones in the main office are of no help and refuse to accept personal responsability for this company's lack of modern equipment and knowledge. The bad thing is that we are limited in the area that we live in and must use Northland for the speed of their internet service!

This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. You know those horror stories you hear about cable companies? They all come true with this company. I switched to Directv a year and a half ago and still cannot get over how awful the customer service was with Northland Cable. I found this website and realized that if I could help just one person avoid the headaches and aggravation this company will cause you, then I have done something good with my day. If you are like me and you don't want a satellite dish on your roof and would rather go the cable route, get over it and use Directv. It is well worth avoiding this company at all costs. I paid all my bills early and wanted to upgrade to a better service. You would think this is the type customer they would want to deal with. You would be wrong, though.
