    I've been taking my dry cleaning to Leone's for about 2 years now. I make a special trip to Sandy because the service has been consistently great. Good prices, excellent cleaning and everything always ready when they say it will be ready. They recognize me, know my name and are always very friendly too.

    They have done several projects for us and charge less than anywhere in the area. Things always come back clean.

    Not impressed. Their services were completed in an unprofessional & unreliable manner. I dropped my wedding dress off for cleaning and they said it would be done in a week. When I called before picking it up the next week, they hadn't started on the dress. After calling many times over the course of several days, it was finally ready for pick up two days after agreed. My finance went in to pick it up for me and expressed our dissatisfaction. He was treated in a snub and unsympothetic manner by one of the managers. My fiance was that the dress would cost more than originally expected and didn't offer so much as an apology.
