User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAwful -- the subs are generally terrible, they skimp on the meat so you end up eating mostly bread, the interior of the place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a year, and the people who run it seem to believe the standard for customer service is to be rude and/or smarmy while you pay twice what you should pay for their sub-standard food. You couldn't get me to go there ever again, even if you paid for lunch. Avoid it like plague.

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe SUB SHACK has the perfect combination of EXCELLENT Food, GREAT service, and OUTSTANDING consistency. Their subsâ¦. are just⦠wow! Everything from Chicken Parm..... to Steak and Cheese....to Chicken Salad. If that is not enough, then just wait until you have a taste of Seasoned French Fries. Simply put,.......No one else can compare...PERIOD!
With that being said, don't let the name fool you.... they have so much more than just subs to offer. â¦. Pizza, Salads, Entreesâ¦etcâ¦

Certainly keep the SUB SHACK in mind on those cold rainy days. They are definitely my first choice for delivery in Christiansburg.

The store is very clean...not sure about that...?... Customer service has been great in my experience. You can't control everyone...surely.... Each persons experience is different, so I respect that. Also, each person has the right to an opinion. Nevertheless, this must have been a vistor from upstate NY or CA. Standards in which a King would find hard to match.
