The technician who responded to treat the Indian meal moth problem in our condo was both professional and friendly. He asked a lot of questions, set traps, and returned two weeks later to inspect the content of the traps. Based on his inspection, he found the source and suggested measures to eliminate the problem. We will use Superior Pest Management again if we see a recurrence of moths or to treat any other pest control issue.

I have been their customer for 4 years. I was very happy for the first 2 years. Their services for last 2 years degraded dramatically. I am on their yearly warranty plan. They used to call us to schedule inspection every 6 months. For past 2 years they don’t come unless we call them.

My last inspection the inspector found mice drop along with other bugs in our house. So I ordered some service. Technician came and told us mice is not on his work order and he didn’t think we have mice in the house. 3 months later we found that we do have mice and we requested them to add mice bait in our house. They refuse to come unless we pay them again.

We also have their quarterly service. Since it is paid by each service, they showed up at our house without scheduling or notify us. They did only half of the work (exterior since no one at home) and they charge us for the whole service

When I have issues with them and requested to talk to their manager, they never called us back.
