    This is possibly the worst food I have have eaten. Don't understand the positive reviews at all, they are simply misleading as I went to this restaurant based upon these very reviews. The food was absolutely inedible, sloppy presentation, bland and just tated awful. I will never return and frankly don't know how they are in business.

    Yep. Perlitas is wonderful. We love Mexican food, even traveled to Mexico on our honeymoon. We've eaten at all the Mexican restaurants in Winchester on numerous occasions, but Perlitas stands out as the best. Winchester is lucky to have such authentic Mexican cooking. The charro beans and the salsa verde are fantastic. To find better Mexican food, you'd probably need to go into D.C.

    This place has the best authentic mexican food of any mexican restaurant I've eaten at since leaving San Diego. It has a very family feeling, and is usually full of hispanic families eating. That is always a good sign. Highly recommend the enchilades rojas.
