    We had dinner at this Carrabas last night and it was delicious, and the atmosphere was very good again. The restaurant has a new manager and the staff seems much happier. The previous manager was NOT a "people person". For the past year or so the vibe has been very negative, and you got way too much "no we can't do that" when you tried to get something served with a different vegetable or sauce. We didn't go there very often any more, but after tonights experience, we will be returning often. Our food was excellent, prepared just as we had asked, our server was excellent and the new manager is a very friendly guy named Greg with a great attitude who really wants customers to be happy. Keep up the great work guys!

    This is a great place for family and kids. I go here often. The sangria (which is back on the menu) is excellent. My usual is the Chicken Bryan. Actually, everything on the menu is great.

    I must admit, Carrabba's is my favorite place to eat at in Fredericksburg. I've dined there several times, and have never had a bad experience. My first time there really sold me - not only did we get the best server I've ever had, but the Sirloin Marsala was to DIE for. I have to admit, that's the only dish I've tried there since. It was so good I have never wanted to venture into any other dishes. I tend to stick to my favorites. I'd highly recommend Carrabba's for anyone.
