User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI always stop at this particular Dunkin Donuts as a "pit stop" (restroom & coffee!) - have always found restrooms very clean & employees friendly and prompt in service. On a "personal note": Had occasion to stop in on T'giving and unfortunately dropped my wallet in parking lot - picked up by someone and brought into shop - mgr. locked in office (after checking my ID and very kindly calling my home phone to notify that it was found!) - I stopped back same evening and employees called mgr at home (per her instructions) and she immediately came over and opened office and gave me my wallet, contents fully intact! Not only is Dunkin Donuts my coffee of choice, but the company hires honest & kind employees - Bravo DD!!

I personally am one of the employees that were involved in this situation and I would like to thank you for your words, Our supervisor Bert always tells us to remember to treat customers how we would like to be treated if we were the customer. I would like to think we are doing this. It is nice to hear these kind words from someone on the outside..Thank You
