User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI went to the Vermont Gem Lab for the first time last month after a recommendation from a friend to have a few pieces of my late mother's jewelry appraised. The situation itself was not easy but Kennon, the owner and appraiser, made the overall experience go very smooth with intent and care. Since the appraisal my husband has brought his glasses in to be repaired. He is the most qualified person in Burlington I have found and would recommend anyone with jewelry needs to him.
