User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe went to Everrett KIA for the fact that they were all over the radio saying that they will give you 4000.00 for your trade in. We wanted something new for our family. I had spotted a beautiful KIA Optima in the lot and just had to have it. When all the paperwork was done and it was time to drive off, that is when ALL the problems began. The lot boy had jumped a curb in my BRAND NEW CAR WITH SIX MILES ON IT,and put a staple into my sidewall. It was like pulling teeth to get KIA to pay for it. The tint was coming up and it had to be done two different times. I would have to say the worst was when my strut was in need of repair at only 2100 miles. Not our fault come to find out. The service does not know what they are talking about. They have no answers for you and they will treat you like a piece of garbage. they will forget to tell you that your car has to be CONSTINTLY serviced or you will void your warrenty. Never again with this dealership, which is sad for the fact that now we love our car so much that we went to another dealership and are buying one from them. This is bad business for everrett. they need to start showing rescept to the people they sell cars to. I will never deal with them again even though they owe me a free oil change,cleaning inside and out of the car, paint repairs, and most of all a sorry!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsFirst of all NEVER BUY A KIA!! It will be THE BIGGEST MISTAKE. They make you pay $91 for diagnostic check. The Service they provide don't fix your car.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWorst customer service I have ever recieved: They make promises they don't keep!! They promise you the world until they have your money, then they are done with you. You could not PAY me to go back to them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They would have gotten NO stars from me but that was not an option.

I agree with you 100%. I have found another dealership that treats you with the most rescept and most of all, they are dealing with all of performance of everett's upset costumers. I am still waiting for my car to be repaired liked they promised me. It has been one year today.
