Diane is friendly and helpful and really works to achieve what a customer wants. She has even done a 'rush job' for me for Mother's Day for a ring I needed to have fixed/sized and no extra charge. In fact, she goes the extra mile, actually brought my jewelry to my home when it had been repaired and would be closed till after holiday weekend, but saved me a trip to the store and no charge for that. You can't ask for more from a neighborhood jeweler.
