User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI highly recommend Dan's Pastry Gallery. I order the white sheetcake with a layer of fresh strawberries in the middle. I have had the opportunity to order it four different times. Bruce is customer service extrodinaire and when asked what frosting I want, I always say Dan's signature frosting. Any other cake I have had from anywhere pales in comparison. Order with confidence and enjoy. P.S. Ask for their business cards as friends and family will want their contact info.

We chose Dan's Pastry Gallery for our Wedding in August. We chose the Triple Chocolate and Cherry Cheesecake. At the tasting they both were AMAZING! I was to have a three tiered cake with a clear display box in between the bottom two and the top, I purchased the box myself, they told me after I sigmed the contract and paid the full amount that I woudl be charged $15 extra for 4 extra wooden dowals, which I found a 100 pack for $5! They also convinced me to purachse orchids to put on my cake, they thought it woudln't be ugly w/out it, those were $50 for 3!!!! I WAS SUPPOSEDto have fresh flowers, most which i provided, on ONE side of the cake ONLY! When I saw the cake it had flowers down two opposite sides of the cake-NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR, but they did it anyways, so to say the least they did not go with what the contact said. The triple chocolate cake was in fact amazing, but the cherry cheesecake was very dry. I woudl recommend for a wedding cake, maybe something less important such as a birthday cake.

We really loved Dan's Pastry gallery. Our cake was delicious, not like normal bland wedding cake. It was also gorgeous! We had 3 layers (120 pieces total) pumpkin, chocolate, and lemon poppyseed. I tried them all and they were all delicious. Plus, the person who helped us with all the ordering was Dan's colorful father (Bruce) who seemed like he really enjoyed talking to us. Caution, he'll talk your ear off!

I forgot to mention that they make you an anniversary cake on your anniversary for free so you don't have to eat your frozen cake top. we followed through with this and they actually made it for us!
