I bought my Prius there in early 2006, since it was on the lot (not the usual 3-month back-order) when somebody else backed out of their purchase. I didn't get to negotiate the price, but I also didn't have to wait to take it home. Their financing wasn't very competitive, so I did that at my own bank. The salesman I dealt with seemed very nice and patient. The main reason I shop there is it's the closest, and I can't compare it to other Toyota dealerships. Overall, pretty good, but not perfect.
I bought a car from them and they are a rip off, they lied to me and they over charged me.
I would never do business with this dealership or recommend them to anyone else. I was in the market and ready to purchase a toyota. I went to this dealer as they are in my home town and I support local businesses whenever possible. The salesman who approched me had no knowledge regarding the vehicle or any of it's features and was very rude and condicending. When ask if I would be trading another vehicle and if so what make and model, I gave the saleman the information and he responded to me in a very rude disrespecful manner loudly announcing there was no way he would even look at the vehcile or consider it as a trade. I promptly left. Stay away from this dealership for their salesmen are the exact reason sales people get such a bad rap. I ending up buying it at Gilroy Toyota which is more than two hours away from my home and I highly recommend them, they went out of their way to give me everything I wanted and more at a price $3000.00 less than Melody. They even went to Fairfield to get the color I wanted from another dealership.
